About Floofy Grooms

Hi, I’m Jenna Van Beek, founder of Floofy Grooms. My journey into the world of grooming began in childhood, fueled by a deep love for animals. Before I could have a dog of my own, I channeled that passion into Nintendogs—filling the game with every pup I could virtually care for.

In 2020, the world changed—and so did my path. Amid the challenges of the pandemic, I took the leap into my dream career: working hands-on with dogs.

While gaining experience in corporate grooming, I quickly grew disheartened by the industry’s fast-paced, impersonal approach. It often felt like a production line—prioritizing quantity over quality, and neglecting the emotional well-being of the dogs in our care. That realization inspired me to create something different.

Floofy Grooms was born out of a simple mission:
To provide a personalized, one-on-one grooming experience that treats each dog with the same love and attention I’d want for my own. Here, every pup is groomed in a calm, safe, and nurturing environment, allowing them to form a trusting bond with their groomer.

We use high-end, dog-specific products tailored to each pet’s unique needs—without the pressure of unnecessary upselling. Our transparent booking process ensures you know exactly what to expect.

I understand that grooming isn’t every dog’s favorite activity—but at Floofy Grooms, we do everything we can to make it a positive one. With plenty of treats, praise, and gentle care, we’re here to make your floofy loved one feel right at home.
